Elizabeth Curtis is a consultant with The Hetty Group and manages the Torrance Police Foundation as its Executive Director. She has over 25 years experience working with a diverse and broad range of grant making and non-profit organizations in the Southern California region, including program analysis and grants administration for the W.M. Keck, Whittier Family, Forest Lawn, and Ann Peppers Foundations, and Cure Autism Now research foundation (now Autism Speaks); corporate sponsorship and major gift development at Art Center College of Design and Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA); and managing the County-wide family literacy program for First 5 LA. Elizabeth is actively involved in and a former Board Vice President of the Junior League of Los Angeles, a volunteer organization for women focusing on leadership and service to the community.
